The "Rules"

All good common stuff here, no one should need reminding!

• If you break it - report it to Heather. If you can fix it even better!

• Clean the Bach before leaving.

• Dispose of rubbish correctly or take it with you.

• If you use the boats wash them out with the hose in the boatshed. 

• Feel free to oil the padlocks!

• Any visiting pets/dogs must remain outside the Bach

      Bach Checklist

Who are "The Family"

• Family of Judith, David, Kathleen, Richard & Spouses

• Parents, brothers, sisters etc of family’s spouses, if accompanied by their “Family” representative, otherwise treated as "Friends of the Family".

Family Annual Fees (set 2023)

• The general message is that there is flexibility based on individual families circumstance but the preferred option is to pay in one yearly payment as close to the start of the financial year (April) as possible. If you have individually negotiated an alternative method of fee payment with the trustees, please let Steph know.

• Only Family bookings are allowed access to the boat shed. External bookings should not be provided with a boat shed key.

• There is a cap of 16 people across both bachs unless by special arrangement via a trustee. (Trustees to all agree).

• Bach Booking Payments should be made at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

• Heather should be notified immediately if a booking needs to be cancelled (at least 48 hours prior).

• Please ensure that all fees are lodged by Auto-Payment into the account below.

Beneficiaries

• Pay the $600 per year fee. 

• Entitles Beneficiary to $10 per night bach bookings for up to 8 people.

• If a second Bach is booked for accompanied 'Friends of The Family' then the standard fee structure should apply for the additional Bach.

• Entitles Beneficiary to have their own set of keys.

• Children under 5 years old free.

Non Beneficiaries (Friends of Family)

• Any booking made where the Beneficiary is not staying in that bach

• $100 per night for 2 people, $25 per extra person per night, Children under 5 free.

Bach Keys

• • Each set of Bach keys should contain 4 keys for: Old Bach, New Bach, Garage and Boat Shed.
